I'm literally pulling my hair out trying to get my brother to buy these PC parts for our dads birthday. I spent like three hours picking out the exact components that fit the budget - trying to stay under $450 total - and now I cant for the life of me figure out how to just send him my cart. Like why isnt there just a share button??

I looked at a few ways to do this but they all seem like a huge pain and I'm super stressed about the parts getting here on time.

Option A: Just copy and pasting the URL from my browser but people say that just opens an empty cart for the other person so that probably wont work.

Option B: Making a public Wish List but I heard that sometimes it doesnt track the specific sellers or quantities right and I need exactly two sticks of this specific Corsair RAM or it wont work with the motherboard I already got.

Option C: Sending him 8 different individual links in a text message which is just asking for him to click the wrong one or miss a part entirely.

Im on a super tight timeline here because the party is this Friday and I need everything to arrive by Wednesday so I have time to actually build the thing. Does anyone know if there is a direct way to just send cart or am I stuck doing the individual link thing and praying he doesnt mess it up... it feels like such a basic feature but I cant find it anywhere on the app or desktop site... maybe I'm just blind?

So im finally trying to get my little wood carving shop off the ground and man the research side is a total headache. I've been looking into chrome extensions to help with finding what's actually selling because doing it manually is taking way too long and I'm just clicking around in circles. I keep seeing Everbee pop up in every single tutorial but then I read some older forum threads saying their data is mostly just guesses and that eRank is way more accurate for the actual tags and seo stuff. My budget is pretty tight—like maybe 50 bucks max for tools this month—so i really cant afford to subscribe to multiple platforms just to test them out.

Im trying to get my first 20 listings up by mid-october to catch the early holiday rush here in ohio and im just stuck on which one to actually trust. I also saw something about Alura but it seems kind of expensive for a beginner? Does one of these actually show real sales numbers on the search page or is it all just estimates based on shop favorites and views?

What are the actual essential chrome tools you guys use for etsy product research that are actually worth the money?

I am trying to organize a group gift for my coworker Sarah she is having a baby shower next Friday and we are all so excited. There are about five or six of us in the department and we pooled our money together so we have exactly $215 to spend on her. I took the lead because I usually handle the office parties but I realized I have no clue how to actually do this on Amazon without making a huge mess of it.

What I want to do is have everyone be able to see the same shopping cart. I thought there might be a way for me to start a cart and then send a link to the other girls so they can go in and add the cute stuff they find. Like one person found this really nice stroller fan and another person wants to add a specific set of swaddle blankets they saw on a blog. I dont want to have to keep track of everyone sending me links in emails and then me having to click them all and add them myself because I am worried I will forget something or buy the wrong size or color. It just seems like there should be a simpler way to do this in 2024.

Is there a button for this somewhere? I looked all over the screen and I see things like List and Registry but I dont really know what those are for or if they work for just a regular shopping trip. I really dont want to give everyone my private login password because that feels like a bad idea and my husband told me never to do that but I dont see any other way for them to put things in the cart. I also dont want to buy things separately because the shipping would be a nightmare and I want it all to come in one big box if possible.

Sorry if this is a super dumb question I am just really bad with apps and stuff and I usually just buy things one at a time for myself. Is there actually a way for multiple people to add things to one single Amazon cart for a gift or am I just imagining that this is a feature? How do people usually do this...

Okay so i feel really stupid even asking this because everyone seems to just know how to use apps these days but im totally lost. My friend Sarah and I are finally going on that camping trip to the Great Smoky Mountains next Friday and we have a really tight budget of like $200 for all our food and basic gear since we are trying to save money. I started putting stuff in my cart on the Walmart app like some hot dogs, those little portable propane tanks, and some sleeping pads but now i need her to look at it and see if i missed anything or if she thinks we should get the cheaper brand of stuff.

My logic was that there would just be a little button that says share or send cart to friend or something like that but i have been clicking around for like twenty minutes and i cant find anything that looks like that. I even tried to just copy the website address at the top and text it to her but when she opened it her cart was just empty so i guess that doesnt work because its my private account? I really dont want to have to give her my password because that feels unsafe even though shes my best friend but i also dont want to just take a bunch of screenshots of every single item because that would take forever and then she has to go find them all herself and put them in her own cart and we might end up buying two of the same thing which would be a disaster for our budget.

Is there like a special link i can generate? Or maybe a way to make the cart public? Im so worried im gonna mess this up and we will end up in the mountains without any actual food or something. Sorry if this is such a basic thing i just really have no idea what im doing with this app and i feel like a total dinosaur. how do people usually do this without losing their minds...

honestly so fed up with how QVC handles their pricing labels its like they just pull numbers out of thin air most of the time. I have been watching this one Vitamix blender bundle for my moms 60th birthday which is literally next Friday so I am on a super tight timeline here and I need to make a move fast. The screen says it is a Today's Special Value and they have this massive Retail Value of like $650 crossed out but then the QVC Price is listed as $499 and they are selling it for $380 today. My logic was that $380 sounds like a steal right? But then I started thinking wait a minute I am almost positive I saw this exact same bundle for $340 back in March and now I feel like I am being played by their marketing team.

It is just so frustrating because with Amazon I can just hop on CamelCamelCamel and see the entire history in five seconds but for QVC it feels like a total black hole of information. I spent the last two hours trying to find a browser extension or even just a forum that tracks this stuff manually but everything I find is either outdated or just a link to more coupons that dont even work. I am working with a strict $400 budget and I really dont want to find out next week that I overpaid by fifty bucks because I fell for their limited time pressure tactics.

Does anyone know of a tool or maybe a specific site that actually logs these prices over time? Or maybe a way to see what the Featured Price was a few months ago? I tried using the Wayback Machine but it is so clunky and half the images dont load so I cant even tell if it is the same model number. I just want to know if I am actually getting a discount or if they just hiked the price last week to make today look better... its driving me crazy and I am running out of time to get this shipped.

My daughters 5th birthday is coming up in three weeks here in Chicago and Im setting up a wishlist for family. A lot of the grandparents are super tech-illiterate and will just give up if they have to make a password. I read on the help page that sharing a direct link lets anyone buy, but then I saw a thread from last year saying guests still get prompted to sign up at checkout to track shipping, which is confusing.
