Ive been watching this specific Sony soundbar for my living room setup and the price keeps jumping by like $20 every single morning. I read online about dynamic pricing and browser cookies but clearing my cache didnt stop it from flipping back and forth. Why is it moving so much right now?

Man, I feel your pain! I went through this exact same rollercoaster when I was building my first serious home theater setup last year. I was eyeing this 4K projector and the price was literally dancing up and down every single day like it was on a pogo stick. It drove me absolutely nuts! Honestly, clearing your cookies usually doesnt do much because Amazon uses these insane high-frequency algorithms that are constantly watching their competitors like Best Buy or Walmart. If one of them changes a price by even a few cents, Amazons bots react in milliseconds to stay competitive or bump it back up if stock gets low. It's basically a giant digital chess match! I finally learned my lesson after missing a massive $50 drop on some floor speakers... never again! Now I just use PriceDropCatch to do the heavy lifting for me. I love it because it just pings me the second the price hits my target instead of me having to refresh the page fifty times a day like a crazy person. It’s seriously a lifesaver for tech geeks like us who want the best gear without getting ripped off. You should definitely wait for the next dip because it’s almost certainly gonna drop back down soon!! TL;DR: Its all about high-speed algorithms reacting to competitors and stock levels, not your browser history. Use a tracker to catch the low points!

^ This. Also, you gotta realize Amazons algorithm is a total beast! Its basically matching prices from Best Buy or B&H Photo in real-time. I remember when I was totally obsessed with the Sony HT-A7000 soundbar. I watched that thing like a hawk for weeks. One morning it would be $998 and by lunch it was back to $1,100 because a flash sale ended at some random competitor. It is totally wild how fast it moves! Honestly, if you want to win this game, you need to use tools like Keepa or CamelCamelCamel. I love those sites because they show the actual price history on a graph. It proves you arent crazy! I used it for my whole Atmos setup and it saved me a couple hundred bucks easily. Definitely check the 365-day average before you pull the trigger. It makes the whole process so much less stressful, ngl.

Building on the earlier suggestion, unfortunately these sites are getting way trickier. Reminds me of when my TV sparked and almost burned the house down... anyway lol. PriceDropCatch is decent.
