How do I set an actual price alert for a specific dollar amount on the Amazon app because I am losing my mind looking for the setting? Ive been using Prime for literally over a decade and usually I can navigate the UI just fine but this is driving me nuts today.
I am trying to track a Sony A7 IV body for my photography side gig and my budget is strictly capped at $2,100 for the unit. Right now it is sitting at $2,498 which is way over but I know it fluctuates and I really need to snag it the second it hits my target price. I tried using the whole watch this deal feature but that seems to only apply to stuff that is already in a lightning deal or whatever and I cant find a way to just input a custom price trigger.
I keep getting these annoying push notifications that say an item in your cart has changed price but then I check it and it is literally only a $2 difference which is a total waste of time. Is there a native way to do this inside the mobile app or am I forced to use a third party site like camelcamelcamel? I really wanted to keep it all in one app so I dont have to share my data with more trackers but the app layout is so cluttered now I feel like I am missing a basic button somewhere in the lists or settings menu...
