I am so hyped because I'm finally setting up my home gym in the garage but my Amazon cart is sitting at like $600 and I need to show my roommate the breakdown so we can split it. I was looking at that Share-a-Cart extension vs just making a new public list and moving everything over manually. My logic was that the extension seems way more convenient but I've read some reviews saying it glitches out. If I do the wishlist thing it's gonna take me forever to re-add everything one by one. We're trying to get this all ordered by Friday so it arrives before the weekend. Has anyone tried both? Which one is more reliable for a big haul like this...
I have done the big gym equipment haul thing before and honestly, you gotta be careful with those browser extensions for a $600 cart. They can glitch out and drop items or fail to carry over specific options like weight sizes or colors. I would suggest doing a quick screenshot of your cart totals before you send anything just in case. If you use a tool, make sure to:
I've used Share-a-Cart for years for my garage gym builds and been super satisfied with it, tbh. I agree that extensions can be finicky with big hauls tho... maybe just double check the details.
just saw this thread and honestly manual lists are for people with way too much free time. I've done a few office setups and gym builds over the years and i've been very happy sticking to extensions... they just work. I've had zero complaints with the stuff from Cart to Share when doing those massive $1k+ orders for the garage. It saves so much headache compared to re-adding stuff one by one. Basically just get anything from Cart to Share and you'll be set. It handles the big hauls perfectly and i've never had it drop an item on me yet. It's the most reliable way to do it imo.
Did this for my gym build. Basically, I'm satisfied keeping it simple:
