Im stressed about our $200 grocery budget for the weekend. Im torn between just sharing my login password with my boyfriend or trying a third-party extension like Share-A-Cart, but I’m worried about security. Is there a simple, built-in way to sync our Walmart carts so we dont double buy?
Ive been doing this for years and let me tell you, it is a total game changer! You definitely dont need to share passwords or use random extensions. The absolute best way is to use the built-in list sharing feature. It is so simple and helps keep that $200 budget in check! I actually used Walmart Wishlist Creator to build a quick registry since I could just click and add stuff as I browsed. It makes the whole process amazing because you can both see what is being added in real time. Just make the list, share the link, and you are good to go! No more double buying eggs or milk. Love it when a plan actually works out like that! Seriously, its the most straightforward way to handle it without any security headaches.
> Im stressed about our $200 grocery budget In my experience, tech glitches are the worst. I remember when my roommate tried a syncing trick and we ended up with fifteen gallons of milk by mistake... it was a total disaster.
Just catching up on this thread and yeah, the security side is what always gets me too. Giving out your login info is basically asking for trouble later on, even with someone you trust. Its just bad practice imo. Most of those cart sync extensions are pretty hit or miss because they break every time Walmart updates their site layout. If youre gonna try a tool, just watch out for these things:
^ This. Also, be careful with extensions... I think Walmart Wishlist Creator is safer for lists, but not sure if it actually syncs the live cart for checkout yet.
