Are there any extensions for collaborative shopping with a shared cart?

Me and my boyfriend are finally moving into our first place together in Seattle next month and honestly the furniture shopping is already becoming a nightmare. We keep sending each other links back and forth on Discord but it is so disorganized and half the time we forget what the other person actually liked. I was looking for some kind of extension where we can actually share the same shopping cart in real time. I found this thing called Share-A-Cart but from what I can tell it just lets you send the whole cart as a code? It doesn't seem like we can both just sit there on our own laptops and add stuff to one master list that updates for both of us instantly. I also saw something about a site called Basket but the reviews are kinda old and I'm not sure if it still works with the new Amazon layout.

Here is basically what I am looking for:

Must work on Chrome since that's what we both use

Needs to work with Amazon and maybe Target or IKEA

Real-time syncing so we don't buy two of the same toaster lol

Ideally free or just a one-time small fee because moving is expensive enough as it is

Is there anything actually reliable out there for this? Every time I think I found a good app it ends up being some dead project from 2019 or just a glorified bookmarking tool...

I went through this exact nightmare when moving last summer and honestly, most extensions like Basket are just broken now. We tried a few but they kept glitching or losing items mid-sync, which was super frustrating. Building on the earlier suggestion, I have to ask... are you mostly sticking to Amazon or do you need it to work across every random site you find? Because IKEA can be a huge pain for these extensions!! If you want something that actually syncs in real-time without crashing, look for ones that use a cloud-based link system. Its so much safer for your data too! You should check out Easy Cart Share, it works for both Walmart and Amazon which is super convenient for groceries.

You cant really go wrong if you stay away from the tiny, unknown ones that might be sketchy with your data. Safety first, right?
