How do I share my Amazon cart with my Instagram followers?

So I've been stressing out for like three days straight because I'm doing this big reveal for my apartment balcony makeover next Friday - it's a super tight timeline and I really want to show my followers exactly what I'm buying. I've got like 20 items in my cart right now including these fairy lights and this cute outdoor rug that was only 40 bucks but I can't figure out the best way to actually share the whole cart as a single link on my Instagram story.

I've been looking at a few ways to do this and I'm honestly so torn. First I thought about the Amazon Influencer program storefront thingy. My logic was that it looks the most professional and people trust it but I only have like 800 followers and I've heard they can be really picky about who they let in and I don't want to wait days for approval just to get rejected right before my post goes live. Plus it seems like a lot of setup for just one cart? I dont want to deal with a whole tax interview thing right now.

Then I saw this browser extension called Share-A-Cart. It seems like it creates a code or a link that people can just click to add everything to their own cart. I'm leaning toward this because it seems way faster but I'm super anxious about whether it actually works on the Instagram mobile app browser. Like what if someone clicks it and it just takes them to a login screen or errors out? That would be a total nightmare and I'd look so disorganized to everyone following the project.

My third thought was just to be basic and use Linktree. I'd just list everything one by one but ugh that sounds like such a chore for me and for my followers. Nobody is gonna click through 20 separate links right? I want it to be a one-click thing if possible. My budget is literally zero for any extra tools so it has to be a free method. Does anyone know if that Share-A-Cart thing is actually reliable for IG or is there a better way to do this that I'm totally missing? I feel like I'm overcomplicating it but I just want it to be perfect...

Honestly Ive been in your shoes before with the whole apartment reveal stress... it's a mess trying to organize everything. In my experience, trying to juggle 20 different links on a Linktree is a total death sentence for engagement. Nobody has the patience for that lol. Over the years Ive tried many ways to simplify this and honestly, the Influencer program is a huge headache for just one project. You're better off skipping that tax interview nonsense for now. I've used Share-A-Cart a bunch of times for exactly this kind of situation and it's definitely the way to go. It's super reliable and basically the standard if you want that one-click magic without paying for some weird premium service. You just get the extension, grab your link, and you're good. About the Instagram mobile browser concern... ngl, the IG browser can be a bit of a diva sometimes with any link. But usually it works totally fine. If you're really worried, just add a tiny text overlay on your story telling people to open the link in their external browser if it looks weird. It's way better than making people hunt down 20 separate items. Just go with that tool and you'll be fine, it's way less of a chore than any other free method I've found.

Like someone mentioned, avoid the Linktree mess. In my experience, Share-A-Cart is the most reliable technical route.

  • Bundle the cart items
  • Share the short link It works very consistently.

Been doing this forever... are you gonna keep this list updated later or is it just for the reveal? Share-A-Cart is the move since it's free and skips that influencer tax headache.

  • Grab the link from the extension
  • Double check those 40 dollar rug and fairy lights prices
  • Test the link on a friends phone to be safe
