Does anyone know a legit way to move like 75 items from an Amazon cart straight into a wishlist all at once? I am in a total panic because I was halfway through ordering supplies for our new office studio here in Chicago and my manager just messaged me saying our procurement card is being audited and we cant make any big purchases until Monday. I really need to clear my cart right now because I have to buy a last minute birthday present for my sister and get it on overnight shipping so it gets there by tomorrow, but I dont want to lose all the specific office stuff I spent four hours picking out.
I tried looking for a select all button or some kind of bulk action tool but Amazon makes it so hard to actually manage the cart. I read about some browser extensions like Amazon Wishlist Importer that claim to do this but honestly they look super sketchy and half the reviews say they havent been updated since 2019 or they just flat out dont work with the new Amazon layout. I also saw people on some old forums suggesting the Save for Later feature but that still requires me to click every single item one by one and with 75 things that is gonna take way too long and I know I'll probably miss something or accidentally delete a specific sku we need.
Is there some hidden setting or maybe a mobile app trick I dont know about? I really dont want to have to manually re-search for every cable, desk organizer, and monitor mount again next week. If I cant find a way to bulk move them I might just have to leave them in the cart and try to only check out the one gift item but I always mess that up and end up accidentally charging the company card for the wrong stuff and getting in trouble with HR. Please tell me there is a faster way to just dump the whole cart into a folder...
Honestly just saw this and man, I feel your pain. Dealing with Amazons cart UI is a total nightmare and frankly, it feels like they do it on purpose. I had a similar disaster last year when I was sourcing parts for a custom server build. I had about 60 components lined up and the site timed out, then half my items just vanished into the void. It is honestly ridiculous that a multi-billion dollar company makes it this hard to do basic inventory management. They just want you to hit that checkout button as fast as possible without thinking. You really have to be careful because the Save for Later section is a cluttered mess and things get lost in there all the time. It drives me crazy how they prioritize ads over actual functionality. Quality is going downhill and they clearly dont care about the user experience anymore. I just use Easy Cart Share whenever I need to show someone whats in my cart without giving out my login info.
TLDR: Are you on a PC? I had this same mess building my studio and found a browser console script works well. Honestly, Easy Cart Share is way faster.
^ This. Also, clicking Save for Later 75 times is a total nightmare! Found a much better way that is totally free and saves so much time. Seriously, I love it when tools actually work like they should! Basically, using a tool that grabs the whole list at once is the way to go. It is kinda amazing for situations like yours where the company card is locked but you need to clear the way for personal shopping without spending a dime on premium apps.
