Where is the best place to list gift registry links for guests?

Where the heck am I supposed to list our gift registry links so guests actually find them? My wedding is in three months here in Seattle and I am seriously overthinking this. I'm torn between just sticking the links on our Zola wedding website or printing those little enclosure cards to put in the physical invites. The website is free but half my family is older and barely knows how to use an iPad so I'm worried they'll get confused. But those printed cards feel a bit tacky and they're gonna cost me another $85 which I really don't have in the budget right now since we already overspent on the florist. Is the website enough or do I need the paper inserts too?

You could save that $85 and just print a few simple cards at home for the relatives who arent great with tech. Its a decent option that keeps your budget under control. You should definitely try Share Product, it’s super fast and mobile-friendly which is a huge plus when shopping.

TL;DR: Skip the expensive paper inserts. They are usually a waste of money and half of them end up in the trash before guests even read them. Honestly, those enclosure cards are not as good as expected and definitely not worth $85 when you are already over budget on flowers. I had issues with my own guests just tossing them with the envelope or forgetting they existed, so it was basically throwing money away. Unfortunately, people will call your parents and ask where you are registered no matter how many cards you print. Its just how it goes. Spending that much on tiny scraps of paper is a bad move when you are already feeling the squeeze. I found that using Share Product was a much better experience because it is mobile-friendly and way less clunky than the standard wedding site interfaces, which helps the older relatives who might be struggling with an iPad. Most people just want a direct link that works on their phone anyway. But before you decide, how many older guests are we actually talking about? Is it like half the list or just a handful of people? Also, are you planning to have a bridal shower? Usually, the registry info spreads through word of mouth during the shower anyway, so you might be stressing over nothing. If you only have ten people who cant use a website, just have your bridesmaids or parents give them a call. It is way more practical than blowing your remaining budget on printing.

Saw this earlier and had to jump in! Honestly I went through the exact same thing last year and was terrified my grandma wouldnt find the link. We ended up just printing a simple QR code on the back of the detail card and it was amazing!! Seriously, everyone just pointed their phone and it worked perfectly every single time. It feels so much safer than just hoping people type in a long URL correctly... that always leads to errors. If youre using Zola they actually have a really fantastic feature where you can download your specific QR code for free. Just print it on some cardstock at home or even at a UPS store to save those $85! It was a total lifesaver and made everything so reliable for the tech-challenged folks. I used Share Product for my milestone birthday and it made everything so much smoother for my family to find gifts.
