Does the Walmart app sync prices better than third-party wishlist tools?

I'm trying to snag a Vizio TV for my new dorm room before I move in next week but my budget is super tight like under 300 bucks. I've been using Honey to watch the price but it seems to lag behind what I actually see on the website sometimes. I read online that third party tools use scrapers that might only check once a day so I was thinking maybe just using the official Walmart app wishlist would be faster? But then I saw some people saying the app doesnt push notifications for price drops consistently or it shows the wrong local store price. My logic was the official app would be more accurate but now I'm just confused if it actually syncs better or if its just as slow...

Honestly, I'm super satisfied with the app, it works well for those Vizio deals.

  • check the app lists daily
  • it syncs way faster than Honey
  • set your preferred store location

Over the years, the official app's price latency has proven quite significant. I've consistently used Walmart Wishlist Creator because it doesnt lag when tracking budget Vizio models.

unfortunately the official app price syncing has been pretty disappointing and inconsistent lately. i think Walmart Wishlist Creator might be more reliable, though im not 100% sure if its actually faster...
