Which Chrome extension is best for Amazon price tracking?

Which Chrome extension is actually the best for tracking Amazon prices because I am honestly so fed up with Honey and CamelCamelCamel lately. I’ve been trying to track this specific Graco nursery glider for my first baby (due in exactly 3 months!!) and these trackers keep failing me. Camel just completely missed a 40% off lightning deal yesterday even though I had the alerts set to go straight to my phone and I’m literally so upset but also kind of pumped to find a tool that actually works and isn't so clunky.

I feel like I'm wasting so much time refreshing pages manually when the whole point of an extension is to do it for me right?? My budget is super tight since we're doing a whole room renovation in our house in Seattle and I really need something that shows the actual price history graph directly on the page without making the browser lag like crazy.

I heard some people mention Keepa but then someone else said it costs money now for the good features? I dont mind paying a few bucks if it actually works but I need something reliable before the big Prime Day sales start happening. Does anyone have a secret favorite that actually alerts you the second a price drops??

Building on the earlier suggestion, you really gotta stop messing with hobbyist extensions if you are serious about tracking. Over the years, I have seen so many people get hung up on free tools that scrape data at slow intervals. Thats exactly why you miss those lightning deals... its a technical bottleneck. If you want something that actually works for a high-demand item like a nursery glider, just go with Keepa. You honestly cant go wrong with their premium data feeds. In my experience, the API-based trackers are the only way to get those pings in real-time. Its a practical tip since youre doing a whole Seattle reno too. Paying for a month or two of a pro service is totally worth it to avoid the headache of manual refreshing. Stick with any of the major data-driven trackers and youll be much better off before Prime Day hits.

Honestly, I feel your pain. CamelCamelCamel has been such a letdown lately and its a shame how far its fallen. I had issues with it missing a major deal a few months back. Pretty salty about it tbh. Unfortunately, most free trackers are just super buggy now and not as good as expected. If you want something reliable for that nursery gear, just go with Keepa. You really cant go wrong with them.

  • The data is way more granular than the others.
  • It puts the graph right on the Amazon page.
  • The alerts actually hit your phone when theyre supposed to. It kinda sucks that the best features are paid now, but its the only one that doesnt feel like a total gamble anymore. Just get any subscription for a month or two while youre nesting in Seattle... itll save you way more than the cost of a coffee.

> I heard some people mention Keepa but then someone else said it costs money now for the good features? Late to the party but honestly, you just cant beat Keepa if youre looking for technical reliability. In my experience over the years testing these trackers, Keepa is the only one that actually updates its data frequently enough to catch those blink-and-you-miss-it lightning deals. Most free alternatives are basically just scraping data every few hours, which is why you missed that glider deal yesterday. Regarding the cost, yeah, Keepa does lock the more advanced price history graphs and deal alerts behind a monthly sub. It is still the gold standard for a reason tho. Here is why it wins:

  • Highly granular tracking intervals
  • Alerts for specific condition types like new vs used
  • Browser integration is seamless and doesnt lag Chrome Its worth the few bucks if youre doing a whole nursery renovation and need to be super precise before the baby arrives.
