What are actually the best free tools for saving money at Walmart right now? I have been trying to cut down on my grocery bill because my 16 year old son eats literally everything in the house and our monthly budget is hitting like $400 lately which is way too high for us. I did some digging online and saw people mentioning Ibotta and Rakuten but I am honestly kinda confused by them. Like with Ibotta you have to scan every single receipt and then you need twenty bucks to even get your money back which feels like itll take years. And Rakuten seems great for online shopping but I usually just drive down to the local Walmart here in Zanesville to pick things up myself so I dont know if it even works for in-person stuff. Are there any other apps or maybe browser extensions that actually work for regular grocery trips without being a total headache? I saw something about the Walmart app having its own rewards program now too but the reviews said it replaced the old Savings Catcher which everyone loved and now people seem mad about it.
