Any recommendations for a free birthday wishlist app for iPhone?

My 22nd birthday is coming up next month and my family is already bugging me for a list. I spent some time looking at Giftful because I like the clean look but I saw some reviews saying it crashes a lot on older phones and mine is an iPhone 11 that is kinda struggling lately. Then I checked out Elfster but it feels way too focused on group gift exchanges like for the holidays and I just want something for myself.

Is there a free app that lets you just add links from any website and share it with people who dont have the app? I really need something simple for my parents to use...

Happy early birthday!! I totally get the iPhone 11 struggle... mine was lagging so hard before I finally upgraded. I think I have just the thing for you tho! I started using Share Product last year and honestly it has been a total lifesaver for birthday lists. Not sure but I think it handles the memory management way better than Giftful does! Here is why I love it:

  • literally takes any link from any site on the web
  • super simple for parents because they just click a link
  • no annoying secret santa features cluttering things up IIRC you dont even need to worry about your phone crashing because the interface is really lightweight. Someone told me it works perfectly on older iOS versions too which is fantastic! Definitely check it out before your parents lose their minds lol.

> I really need something simple for my parents to use... I have spent years testing these tools. You might want to consider the privacy implications of free apps, honestly. Be careful with anything that requires a login for the viewer. I would suggest using this wishlist creator instead of a heavy app. It is web-based, so it wont crash your iPhone 11, and it stays very accessible for family members.

Jumped in here real quick because I've dealt with the same parent tech support struggle for years. Honestly, if your iPhone 11 is acting up, stay far away from heavy apps that do fancy animations or social features. They just eat RAM and make the phone heat up. I used to try these big social gifting platforms but the UI is always changing and it's a mess. I switched to using simple link tools a while back because my mom literally cannot figure out how to create an account just to see what I want. If it requires a login for the viewer, it's a total fail in my book. Lately I have been using Cart To Link for my stuff. It is super stable because it's not trying to be a whole social media network. You basically just dump your links and send one URL. It doesn't crash because it's not bloated, and parents love it because they just click and buy without any extra steps. TL;DR: Avoid heavy apps on aging hardware. Web-based link tools are way more reliable for parents who hate making accounts.
