What is the best app for creating a birthday wishlist?

What is the absolute best app for creating a birthday wishlist right now because I am seriously about to lose it with these buggy sites. Ive been the go-to person in my friend group for organizing registries and secret santas for like five years so I know my way around most of the big names but lately everything I try is just broken. I have my 30th birthday coming up in three weeks here in Chicago and my family is hounding me for a list because apparently turning thirty is a big deal or whatever.

I tried using my usual go-to but the chrome extension is completely borked and wont scrape metadata from niche boutique sites anymore. It keeps giving me these generic image not found boxes for half the stuff I want from Etsy and smaller shops. I even tried a manual import and it just timed out.
