im seriously about to lose my mind with these coupon extensions like honey and capital one shopping. i have been sitting here for 45 mins trying to checkout on qvc for my moms 60th birthday gift—i got her this really nice le creuset set because shes been wanting one forever—and every single time i click find savings it just cycles through like 20 codes and then tells me great news you have the best price when i KNOW there is a $20 off $40 for new customers or some kind of free shipping code out there. its so frustrating because the sale ends at midnight and i really need to save every penny right now because money is super tight after my car repairs last month.

it feels like these apps just dont even try with qvc specifically for some reason?? i keep getting code invalid or expired messages once i manually try the ones i find on google anyway so what is even the point of having the extension installed if i have to do all the legwork myself. i just want something that actually works and catches those hello10 or qvcnew20 type codes without me having to hunt through sketchy blogs and deal with popups. does anyone know which extension is actually the best for finding qvc coupon codes automatically because im ready to delete everything ive got right now...

I've been shopping QVC for years. Honey is useless for their specific promos.

  • CouponBirds is the most reliable for those new customer codes like hello10.
  • RetailMeNot is a decent backup for shipping offers.
  • Use an incognito window or those codes wont trigger if you have an old account logged in. Honey simply doesnt track the new buyer deals well.

I have been super happy with using a QVC price tracker instead of those extensions that always freeze up. It feels way more reliable tbh. I actually got that exact Le Creuset set recently and it reminds me of my aunts kitchen. She used to make this incredible slow-roasted lamb every Sunday and the whole house would smell like garlic for days. I really miss her cooking... sorry kinda went off topic there.

Re: "I've been shopping QVC for years. Honey is..."

  • I totally get the frustration. Capital One is pretty useless for QVC specifically, had the same issue with a Dyson last month.
  • Rakuten: Fine for cashback but the coupon finder is hit or miss.
  • CouponBirds: Usually grabs those HELLO10 codes faster than the others. Sometimes extensions fail because QVC's checkout script is ancient, so manually checking CouponBirds is usually my best bet.

> @Reply #3 - good point! honestly those big extensions have gotten so bloated that they miss the simple stuff all the time. I totally feel you on the car repair stress, that stuff is the worst. In my experience over the years, I have tried every single 'automated' coupon finder out there and most of them just fail on QVC because their checkout is so glitchy. Ngl I stopped relying on those big names entirely for my budget shopping because they never actually find the codes they promise. I actually started using this Etsy price tracker to keep an eye on things instead because seeing the price history tells me if the 'sale' is even real or not. Its way more reliable than watching Honey spin in circles for ten minutes lol. Also, if you are really trying to save every penny, sometimes just opening a chat window and asking the rep if they have any active promos works better than any extension... sounds old school but it has saved me a few times when money was super tight.
