Ugh, unfortunately, Amazon still hasnt fixed this after all these years and it drives me crazy. You would think a massive company would have a simple share button by now but nope... they just want to make everything more difficult than it needs to be. I have had issues with this forever and it really is not as good as you would expect from them in 2024. Since you cant send a direct cart link, here are the workarounds I usually have to settle for:

• Create a new List (like Office Setup) and use the Move to List option for every item in your cart. Its tedious but it works.
• Once the list is done, you have to go into the list settings, make it Shared, and then copy that specific link for him.
• Another option is a browser extension called Share-A-Cart. It generates a unique code he can plugin to see everything at once. It is alright, but feels like a lot of extra work for something that should be built-in. The list method is probably your safest bet even though moving $500 worth of gear one by one is a total pain. Honestly, I usually just end up taking a screenshot of the cart and texting it to my husband if I am in a rush. Honestly, it is kinda ridiculous we have to do this much work. Congrats on the Seattle job tho... hope the office setup goes smoother than the checkout!
