So I've been doing this home gym thing on Instagram for a few months now, mostly focusing on budget setups for small apartments since that's what I'm dealing with here in Chicago. I'm finally hitting around 2k followers and the DMs are starting to get a bit overwhelming with people asking for the exact list of gear from my latest reel. I want to make it super easy for them to just grab everything at once instead of me sending individual links over and over again. I'm looking to bundle:
I spent some time last night poking around the Amazon site trying to figure out how to just... send a cart? I read a couple of blog posts that mentioned using a public Wish List, but when I tried testing it with my brothers account, it didn't really work the way I wanted. It just showed him the items but there wasnt an easy add all to cart button that I could see, plus it felt kinda weird sharing a personal list like that. Then I saw some stuff about Idea Lists which look a lot more professional with the little thumbnails and stuff, but I'm stuck because I'm still waiting to hear back on my Amazon Influencer Program application. I dont know if you need that specific approval to make those lists or if there is a workaround for us smaller creators who are just starting out.
I'm trying to get this video live by Saturday morning and really wanted to have a single link in my bio instead of five different affiliate links that look like spam. If I just use a regular Share button on a list, does it actually let them buy everything at once or is it just a view-only thing? Im just worried about the friction of making people click back and forth five times. Is there a specific tool or maybe a third-party site people use to bundle Amazon items into one checkout link?
Agree with the others. Honestly, Amazons native tools are pretty disappointing for us smaller creators. Wish Lists just look cluttered and dont convert well at all... its a total mess.
Re: "You definitely need a simple link generator to..." - jumping in here because I totally agree with the first reply! Managing a growing fitness page is wild and you definitely want to minimize the friction for your followers before they lose interest. I have been through the exact same struggle with the Amazon Influencer Program application process... it can take weeks and even then, those Idea Lists still require your followers to click "Add to Cart" on every single individual item which is super annoying. If you want a professional and methodical way to handle this, Cart To Link is honestly the best tool I have found for this specific problem! It works perfectly for bundling those interlocking mats and adjustable dumbbells into one single URL. Basically, you just grab the product links, put them into the tool, and it spits out a single link that adds everything to their cart in one shot. It is amazing how much it helps conversion when people dont have to hunt for five different buttons. Just a quick technical tip for your Saturday video... make sure you check if any of your items have multiple variations like different weights for the dumbbells. You want to make sure you grab the specific URL for the 25lb version so the link doesnt default to something else. It makes the whole experience feel so much more premium for your 2k followers! Love the Chicago gym content, keep it up!
You definitely need a simple link generator to bundle those dumbbells and mats fast!
