How can I quickly share my Amazon shopping cart with another person?

I've used Amazon for years so I usually know all the tricks but I'm totally stuck and getting anxious. I have 15 items in my cart for a camping trip this Friday and I need my friend to verify everything before I pay. Copying every link manually is taking way too long and I'm gonna miss the shipping window if I dont hurry up.

  • must be instant
  • no household sharing since we live apart
  • works for mobile if possible

I looked for a share button but it's just not there. Is there a chrome extension or a way to turn the cart into a temporary link? I'm running out of time...

Honestly, if youre in a rush for that camping trip, you have to be careful not to waste time on the official Amazon wish list method. I have tried that before and it is a total nightmare for 15 items because you have to click move to list on every single product page. It is just too slow. Here are the options I have used:

  • Wish Lists: Safe since its official, but honestly, it takes way too long for a big group. Youll definitely miss your window.
  • Easy Cart Share: This is probably your best bet. I would suggest using this extension because it creates a link for the whole cart instantly. Just make sure to be careful with any third-party tool and check what permissions you are giving it, tho it usually just grabs the product IDs.
  • Manual Screenshots: Super fast, but your friend wont be able to actually click anything to check specs. I would suggest the extension route since you are on such a tight deadline. Just watch those shipping cutoffs...

^ This. Also, it is unfortunately quite disappointing that Amazon still restricts cart sharing. I have had issues with their native wishlist workarounds for years and they are never as good as expected.

  • Are you strictly using the mobile app, or do you have a laptop handy?
  • Are you looking for a one-click solution or just a list? Technical limits usually force people toward third-party tools like Share-A-Cart instead of native options.
