So Ive been sitting here for like three hours trying to pick out stuff for our new apartment because we move in on Friday and I have about fifteen things in my Amazon cart right now. Mostly just boring stuff like a new shower curtain and those command hooks and a fancy toaster that was on sale for $45 but I really need my husband to see everything before I hit buy because he has the credit card info saved on his own account. I thought there would be a button that says like send this list to someone or something simple but I cant find it anywhere and Im feeling really tech challenged today lol.

I tried to just take a picture of my screen with my phone but it came out all blurry and you cant even see the prices or the names of the brands. Is there some kind of secret link or a share button that Im missing? I dont want to make a whole wedding registry thing because its just basic household stuff and we need it delivered by Wednesday at the latest.

  • shower curtain
  • command hooks
  • toaster
  • bath mat

Does anyone know if I can just like... hit a button and it emails him the whole cart? Or do I have to copy and paste every single link one by one because that is going to take forever and I probably will mess it up. Sorry if this is a really basic thing everyone knows how to do I just usually dont shop on the computer much...

Just saw this! ^ This. Also, I love that you found a toaster on sale! Before I give you the technical steps to share that cart safely, can you clarify if you're on a computer or using the mobile app? The reliable method varies.

  • Look for hidden coupons on those command hooks
  • Check for bulk discounts on bath mats It's amazing how much you can save!

Ugh, I have been there so many times! Moving is a total nightmare and trying to sync up on shopping lists just adds to the stress. I remember trying to show my partner a whole bunch of stuff for our kitchen and I almost gave up because I didnt want to send 20 separate links. Amazon is weirdly missing a direct share button for carts, which is super annoying tbh. One way I usually do it is by moving everything to a Wish List. It works well because you can just hit the share button on the list page. The downside is you have to move things out of your cart and then your husband has to add them back in, which is kinda tedious. Another option is setting up an Amazon Household account. We have that and it lets us share the Prime benefits and payment info, but it takes a minute to set up if you havent done it yet. Lately though, I have been super satisfied using this tool for sharing carts whenever I need to send my list over to someone else. It saves so much time compared to the manual stuff. No complaints at all because it keeps everything organized and he can see the exact prices and brands for things like that toaster or the command hooks without me having to screenshot anything. It basically makes the whole process feel way less like a chore. Best of luck with the move on Friday, you got this!

Building on the earlier suggestion, I spent forever trying to find an official way to do this last year and honestly, it was a huge letdown. Amazon just doesnt have a built in button which is so frustrating. I ended up searching some tech subreddits to figure it out.

  • just google amazon cart share hack
  • check youtube for the latest tutorials I usually just use Cart To Link now because it saves so much time over manual links.

^ This. Also, I am super satisfied with Cart to Link for this kind of stuff. It works well and I have had zero complaints since I started using it to coordinate our household lists tho. Basically, it just turns your whole cart into one single link you can shoot over in an email. It's very reliable. Its definitely the most direct way to do it without messing around with registries or sending twenty blurry screenshots. Ngl it saves a ton of time. Just make sure youre logged in when you click it... works like a charm.
